Equipment Introduction:
    YX-90-2-model steel-plastic strips extruder is composed by 2 production line which can work automatically and continuously. The machine is featured by compact structure, steady performance and high output. The machine makes PE、PVC to cover steel wire then produces strips. The machine is composed by steel wire holders, extruder, covering machine-head, embossing machine, cooling water-tank, traction machine, rolling machine and electrical controlling system. The extruder adopts optimal screw which goes through nitrogen treatment. The machine head is made of high-quality alloy steel special for molds and being heat treated. The cooling water-tanks are made of stainless steel. The rollers work automatically.

    Equipment Features:
    1. The main electrical components are imported from abroad: the motor and inverter adopt Germany Siemens brand, electrical components are Schneider Brand from Japan, the temperature controller uses the Japanese OMRON products;
    2. Unwinding part: It’s composed by 32 steel-wire holders which rotate stably;
    3. Extruder: It adopts aluminum heater which is heated fast and has long service life. It controls temperature automatically when heating, and it’s equipped with cooling fans. The heating power is 20Kw, the heating section is 5 Districts, and it’s automatic temperature control. The composite mould-head is made of alloy steel which has high toughness and wear resistance. The mould-head adopts a combined structure, and the mold size is 13 x 1.5 mm. It’s customer-friendly and flexible to replace.  The diameter of screw is 90mm, and the draw ratio is 30:1;
    4. The cooling part: 3.5m water tank made of stainless steel, water circulation, fully immersion structure, and equipped with dehydrator at the back ends;
    5. The embossing part: the traction pressure is stable and reliable. The traction embossing speed is 0-60/min, and the driving motor power is 1.5Kw. The speed regulation mode: frequency control, number of traction rolls: 2 sets;
    6. The rolling part: double-rollers coiling structure, the driving motor adopts torque motor which is three-phase. The rolling torque is 16N.m, and the rooling speed is 0-70m/min. Meanwhile it’s equipped with clutch device for convenient winding and transposition.
