12.  Three-roll calender

1. Three-roll Calender adopt 50 # steel and integral wall plate was machining precise, it can be smooth operation and precise concentricity and roller is not to beat in high speed production.To Guarantee the three-roller plate on compressive strength and improve the plate making precision

2. The water cycle structure in roll has second layer spiral tank inside,to make water distribution evenly,improve and speed up the water flow rate, high pressure and constant pressure. Pressure can reach range of 8 kg to 10 kg, To reduce the scale inside the cylinder greatly, make quick heat transfer, all point to ensure that the roll surface temperature uniformity, reducing temperature difference, guarantee the uniformity of calender forming of the finished products.

13.   Traction machine

1. Roller is equipped with Pulling up and down the guide and it is adjustable, its can adjust sheet in production through the guide roll position, not running wide smooth conveying

2.  According to the requirements of the sheet width, Cutter device can equip 1-15 cutting knives, distance between arbitrary  is adjustable,to ensure the consistency on both sides of the specifications of the product
